Your visit starts with your history, symptoms, vital signs, and a focused examination. Testing may include flu, COVID-19, strep, urinalysis, urine culture, or other appropriate tests.
Treatment depends on the findings and may include prescriptions, medically indicated injections, ear lavage, minor wound care, supportive care, school or work notes when clinically appropriate, or referral to imaging or a higher level of care.
Good to know: Imaging is not performed on-site. When appropriate, we can coordinate an outside imaging order.
A calmer path from “What is wrong?” to “Here is what comes next.”
We explain what we find, what treatment may help, which warning signs to watch for, and when follow-up is needed. If the concern is outside the clinic’s scope, we will guide you toward appropriate care.

I have been coming to this clinic for years. It’s very affordable. I have gotten Botox, weight loss medication and recently came for strep throat and only paid $95 for visit and strep test. Walk-in is really convenient when you don’t feel good.

Supra evaluates many non-life-threatening illnesses and minor injuries, including cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, sinus and ear concerns, UTI symptoms, nausea, diarrhea, rashes, minor wounds, sprains, and strains. Your evaluation determines whether treatment at the clinic or a higher level of care is appropriate.
Can I get flu, COVID-19, strep, or urine testing?
Testing may include flu, COVID-19, strep, urinalysis, urine culture, or other clinically appropriate tests based on your symptoms, history, and examination.
Can Supra order an X-ray or other imaging?
When you are medically stable and outpatient evaluation is appropriate, the nurse practitioner can determine whether an X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, or other imaging is indicated and coordinate an outside order. Imaging is not performed on-site.
Do I need an appointment for an urgent care visit?
Booking ahead is the best way to reserve a visit. Use the online booking link or call or text (281) 719-8239 to ask about current availability.
Can I get a school note or work note?
When clinically appropriate, school and work notes may be provided after an evaluation. The note reflects the clinician’s medical assessment and any recommended activity or return-to-school or return-to-work guidance.
When should I go to the emergency room instead?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe head trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any condition that may be life-threatening.
