Depending on your symptoms, history, and preventive needs, testing may include CBC, CMP, A1C, glucose, lipid panel, thyroid testing, urinalysis, urine culture, hormone testing, or appropriate STI testing.
Your clinician will explain which tests are appropriate and how the results affect your next steps.
When medically indicated, we can order X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, mammograms, and other outpatient imaging through outside facilities.

Yes. We provide ongoing evaluation and management for common chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, prediabetes, high cholesterol, and thyroid concerns. Care and testing are individualized.

Yes. When clinically appropriate, testing may include blood counts, metabolic testing, A1C, glucose, cholesterol, thyroid tests, urinalysis, urine culture, hormone testing, or STI testing. Your clinician will determine what is appropriate.

Medication refills require an appropriate clinical review. Bring your current medication list and any recent records or laboratory results. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and depend on evaluation and clinical appropriateness.
