Your first visit

Know what to expect before you arrive.

Your visit is designed to move from questions to a clear, practical plan.

  1. 01

    Share what is going on

We review symptoms, history, medications, concerns, and goals.

  2. 02

    Look at the whole picture

We check vital signs and complete an appropriate evaluation.

  3. 03

    Discuss testing if needed

We explain clinically appropriate labs, imaging, or other next steps.

  4. 04

    Leave with a plan

We explain treatment, follow-up, warning signs, or referral recommendations.

Laboratory testing

Testing guided by your health—not a generic checklist.

Depending on your symptoms, history, and preventive needs, testing may include CBC, CMP, A1C, glucose, lipid panel, thyroid testing, urinalysis, urine culture, hormone testing, or appropriate STI testing.

Your clinician will explain which tests are appropriate and how the results affect your next steps.

Imaging coordination

When medically indicated, we can order X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, mammograms, and other outpatient imaging through outside facilities.

Imaging is not performed on-site. Bring an existing report and we can review it with you in context.

Primary care FAQs

Answers before you book

What does a primary care visit include?

A visit may include a review of your symptoms, medical history, medications, vital signs, preventive needs, and health goals. Your nurse practitioner will explain any clinically appropriate testing, treatment, follow-up, or referral recommendations.

Can you help manage high blood pressure or diabetes?

Yes. We provide ongoing evaluation and management for common chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, prediabetes, high cholesterol, and thyroid concerns. Care and testing are individualized.

Can I book primary care for a new symptom?

Yes. Primary care is often a good starting point for new non-emergency concerns such as fatigue, headaches, dizziness, stomach concerns, urinary symptoms, or changes in your general health.

Can Supra order laboratory tests?

Yes. When clinically appropriate, testing may include blood counts, metabolic testing, A1C, glucose, cholesterol, thyroid tests, urinalysis, urine culture, hormone testing, or STI testing. Your clinician will determine what is appropriate.

Can you order X-rays or other imaging?

When medically indicated, we can order X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, mammograms, and other outpatient imaging through outside facilities. Imaging is not performed on-site.

Can I get a medication refill?

Medication refills require an appropriate clinical review. Bring your current medication list and any recent records or laboratory results. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and depend on evaluation and clinical appropriateness.

Should I choose primary care or urgent care?

Choose primary care for prevention, chronic-condition management, medication review, and ongoing concerns. Urgent care is better for a new non-life-threatening illness or minor injury that needs prompt attention. Call or text us if you are unsure.
