This plan is currently $320, regular price $379. So you save $54. Payment plans available Consultations with Nurse Practitioner. General health examination including labs. Prescription written for FDA approved medications to assist with weightloss. A choice of either 4 Fat Burner (Lipo B) shots OR 30 day supply Physicians' Select Fatloss Formula tablets. Must keep follow up appointments to for maximum weightloss as well as results maintenance.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Thank you.
