Service Description
Weightloss visit. Medications prescribed to help with appetite management, burning fat, metabolism boost, help with hormone management etc. Different plans offered. Pricing starts at $70 and includes a prescription for diet pills or capsules sent to retail pharmacy. Patient may elect other plan and pay for the plan as advised. We have other plans eg. Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, shots as well as sublingual (under the tongue delivery). Please let the Nurse Practitioner know if interested! Please have your height, weight ready!
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Thank you.
