Consultation with Nurse Practitioner at only $75. Different weightloss options discussed, to fit patient needs. Medications for weightloss prescribed. Virtual visits available. Must have Blood Pressure monitor and weighing scale for virtual visit.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. Thank you.
